Perform skilled mechanical maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation and alteration of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and related equipment; perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment. Must have a Valid Driver's License. Five (5) Years documentable HVAC Experience. Can lift objects weighing up to 70 pounds. Must be able to communicate and work well with others and independently.
