We began as a general sheet metal business in 1923, and in the following 75+ years there were many changes. In 1972, a distributor in New Orleans contacted our company in urgent need to supply an electrode storage oven to a job site that had been shut down by a welding inspector. We quickly designed an oven to satisfy the requirement and thus began the expansion of our welding consumable oven divi
sion. We gradually began manufacturing an extensive line of welding flux and electrode storage ovens to serve growing market needs in the New Orleans area. As our product line grew, so did the number of loyal distributors and customers. Today, our welding ovens are used in many different markets such as aerospace, construction, oil, nuclear and marine industries. In addition to our welding consumable storage oven division, we have a rapidly expanding division that specializes in custom designed industrial preheat ovens. Our flexible manufacturing facility enables us to accommodate a variety of industry application that require the preheating of parts before processing. As a company, our challenge lies in the uniqueness of each customer’s process, and requires the ability to listen, design and customize the oven to suit the application. We have designed small and large preheat ovens for a wide array of industry applications. We can quickly customize any of ovens, or design new models from scratch to accommodate customer needs. To this day our goal remains the same; to listen to our customer, satisfy their needs swiftly and maintain a flexible manufacturing process to adapt to changing markets.
