With more than 15 years of experience in capital projects, Tiner has developed a comprehensive background across multiple areas of project ex*****on, including roles as a Project Manager and Construction Estimator. His diverse experience has provided him with extensive knowledge of project planning, construction estimating, cost control, scheduling, resource coordination, and overall project performance.
Throughout his career, Tiner has remained focused on what matters most: delivering quality projects safely, on time, and within budget. His ability to manage costs while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and schedule has made him a trusted leader in the industry.
