“I decided I had enough with the corporate company and filled out the online request a quote form with propane depot, I liked that they’re fully based on Long Island & family owned/operated. Michael called me up, I let him know I was looking to switch to them. My former companies tanks were being picked up the next day. I thought that I might have to wait a couple days to get hooked up with propane depot but that was on me for waiting. But nope Michael went above and beyond! He verified some information, requested pictures of current tanks to ensure location of tank is appropriate, sent over an agreement, and I signed it. Dispatcher Josh called me and gave me a time that the installer would be there. Colbie showed up right on time. He looked over my set up & ensured he could connect their new tank. He tested my appliances & went on his merry way! Michael called me at 12:00pm, I was up & running on propane depots tank by 4:45pm! 10/10 would recommend” -Kaylee M.
