Rolling in the dirt? Check.
Getting excited about rolling in the dirt? Check!

We think our Office Administrator Michaela’s grandson is gonna like site work too. Give it 15 years and we’ll have an enthusiastic apprentice on site!

Installing a Jellyfish Filter is a little bit like Tetris.

It takes great accuracy and care, so our specially trained team is using a precision crane to lower this 20-ton filter into place, ensuring it’s positioned at just the right depth.

The Jellyfish Filter plays a crucial role in keeping our waterways clean. It captures contaminants carried by rainwater before they enter the storm drainage system, protecting the environment.

This job was part of the hangar project at Langley Air Force Base. If you fancy getting stuck into interesting projects, learning new skills and working with a good bunch of people, we’d love to hear from you.

Oysters, chili and a bit of Jammin’ on the James. Sounds like a pretty good day to us.

We’re looking forward to joining Hampton Roads Heavy Utility & Contractors Association at the beautiful Jamestown 4-H Educational Center on October 29 for its annual event. There’ll be plenty to tuck into, great music, raffle prizes and, just as importantly, a chance to support the local community.

October is food drive month, so if you’re coming along, why not bring some canned goods, hygiene products or baby necessities to donate. Good food, good company and a good cause. Who else is coming?

Look who’s featured in Virginia Magazine as a Women in Leadership honoree! Marsha Hudgins, that’s who.

As a woman-owned and operated business, we’re also a proud sponsor of the 2026 Women in Leadership Awards, celebrating the contributions of female changemakers from across Virginia.

We believe it’s so important to have visible leaders like Marsha, to encourage and inspire other women to find rewarding careers in site-work and construction.

Congratulations again to Marsha from all of the team 🙌

Just look at the power of the Hampton Roads community 💗

October is breast cancer awareness month, so pink trainers, feather boas, fairy wings and tutus came out in full force last week for the HerefortheGirls.org ‘Run for the hills’ event. Here you can see our Estimator Megan who ran the 5k with her mom, aunt and coworker.

Want to do something amazing today? Phone or text someone in your life and ask if they’ve had their mammogram. In fact, go that extra mile and offer to drive them or watch their kids.

A huge thanks to Here for the Girls for arranging yet another brilliant event. Same time next year!
