This video shows us making a retail quality prototype of a handheld Bluetooth keypad. The unit shown in this video is 100% fully functional and looks very close to the retail version. This prototype is used for testing the design/idea in real world conditions and also for sending out to obtain orders. TOP QUALITY PROTOTYPE.

For this project our customer provided a clay model that felt good to his hand and a drawing of colors for the keys. We provided the rest.

We made a functional prototype of a handheld bluetooth keypad. The unit shown in this video is 100% fully functional. This prototype type is used for testing the design/idea in real world conditions.

This video shows us making a functional prototype for testing an idea. this is a 120VAC work light with adjustable spot light and a power outlet.

For this project our customer provided a set of hand sketches and we provided some concept drawings (seen at start of the video) then went on to making a functional prototype that could be used for testing and refining the design.

This video shows us making some servo shaft couplers / adapters for Spektrum S9020 monster 13T servos. They make this type of part for other smaller sized servos but not this monster with 13T splines. These bolt onto modified servo arms and allow connection of 1/4" shaft to end of the servo. We made these from 7075 Aluminum round stock.

We start by cutting the top flat. Then we turn the large diameter followed by the smaller diameter to size. Next we counterbore and drill the holes for mounting screws. After this the piece is parted off and turned flat on the bottom. The last step is to make setscrew hole.

For this project our customer provided a detailed drawing of what he wanted. We provided the rest.

This video shows us making some rotary actuators for a radio controlled drone style aircraft. Some things such as gears and servo arms were made by modifying off-the-shelf parts. Other parts were made on CNC machines. After making the parts, fixtures were created to align parts as they were TIG welded into place. We assembled and hand fit each unit for optimum performance.

For this project our customer provided a very solid final stage design and part files for each part to be machined. We provided the Fabrication.

This video shows us making some seat rails for a Helicopter Flight Simulator from 7075 Aluminum plate. The top profile has a radius on it. Once cut they were Anodized flat black for wear resistance.

Wanna watch the development process for a functional prototype. This particular product is an exercise vest that allows you to workout. We first did the drawings to lock in the concept. Next we created a solid model file to see what the product would look like in 3D. We used the solid model files to make the prototypes which can now be used for testing.

BuildMyProduct.com can make custom one of a kind parts for anything. This video shows us making a some bearing sleeves from 304 Stainless Steel which were designed to allow a pulley to roll smoothly. The Outside Diameter and overall length were critical for these.

BuildMyProduct.com can make custom one of a kind parts for anything. This video shows us making a tube bender which is custom designed to form/shape plastic tubes. A higher level of precision and tighter tolerance on parts was required to achieve the bend accuracy needed for the plastic tubes.
