Everything you see here came out of an A/C condensate drain line.

Your air conditioner pulls humidity out of the air, and that water has to drain somewhere. Over time, algae, dust, and debris can build up in the drain line and create a clog like this.

When that happens it can lead to:

💧 Water leaks around your furnace or air handler
💧 Mold and bacteria growth
💧 Equipment damage
💧 System shutdowns

The good news?
A simple drain line cleaning during routine A/C maintenance usually prevents this.

Before Keck Heating & Air…there was a milk truck. 🥛

Many longtime Quincy families may remember Keck Bros. Dairy, where milk was delivered right to your door and neighbors knew their dairy driver by name.

That tradition of serving the community started generations ago with Keck Brothers Dairy, continued in the late 1980s when Dennis and Sharon Keck founded KMC Heating & Air, and today lives on through Keck Heating & Air.

Different businesses…Same family. Same community. Same commitment to service.

From delivering milk across Quincy’s brick streets…to keeping homes warm in the winter and cool in the summer…the Keck family has been proud to serve this region for many generations.

We’re sharing a few historic pieces from the Keck Bros. Dairy days, including old delivery trucks, advertising, and memorabilia that helped start it all.
