ELSEA Construction Services, LLC. ELSEA Construction Services, LLC was started in March of 2014. Over the past six years, ELSEA has expanded its fleet from one pump truck to four.

ELSEA Construction Services and Concrete Pumping is a full-service concrete pumping company located in Hanover, PA. ELSEA was founded in 2014 after the owners saw a need for more available and convenient concrete pumping services in the Hanover and surrounding areas. In the field, our team consists of four pump operators and one salesman. ELSEA concrete pumps make it easy for concrete to get to hard to reach locations that are high, low, far and wide in the construction industry. ELSEA focuses on providing service to customers at many commercial and residential project locations in South Central Pennsylvania and Maryland. ELSEA Construction Services is excited to continue to grow and provide service to our customers. Quality, friendly, on-time service is our main goal!

Touch A Truck!

Last week, our Schwing LB40 Loop Belt made an appearance at a Touch A Truck event hosted by Paradise Elementary School. It was a great opportunity to give kids a closer look at an operator’s role with one of the unique pieces equipment we use within the construction industry.
