If you’ve spent any time around Miss Rhonda, chances are she’s made you laugh.

That’s one of the many reasons we’re happy to celebrate Rhonda Little’s 10-year anniversary with PCS. As our Assistant Warehouse Manager, she’s someone we count on—and someone we enjoy having around. Anyone who’s worked a long, hectic day knows how much that combination matters.

Rhonda brings experience, dedication, and a sense of humor that can turn a frustrating moment into a good story. She has a way of reminding us not to take everything quite so seriously, while still taking pride in the work she does.

Ten years together gives us plenty to be grateful for. The work, of course, but also the everyday conversations, the laughs, and the familiarity of working alongside someone who’s become such a valued part of the team.

Rhonda, thank you for all of it. We’re glad you chose PCS ten years ago, and even happier you’re here today. Here’s to many more years with Miss Rhonda! ❤️

Out of the office and onto the course! ⛳️

Our annual PCS golf outing brought the crew together for a day of golf and a chance to catch up outside of work. Getting together like this is something we always look forward to.

Today marks the start of Construction Su***de Prevention Week, a week that hits especially close to home for our industry.

Construction continues to face some of the highest su***de rates of any profession, which makes this year’s theme, Building on Progress, especially important. We’ve made progress, but there is still more work to do.

At PCS, we take safety seriously — and if you’ve followed us for a while, you probably already know we can be a little persistent about it. But safety goes far beyond the jobsite. It also means checking in, listening, and looking out for the person beside you.

Sometimes a simple “How are you really doing?” can make a bigger difference than we realize.

Today, we are proud to celebrate Bobbi Cabral’s 15-year anniversary with PCS!

Bobbi joined PCS as Accounting Manager on September 1, 2011. Since then, she has grown into an essential part of our leadership team and now serves as our Chief Financial Officer.

Bobbi brings a rare combination to her role: she knows how to have fun and keep those around her laughing, but when it comes to her work, she is exceptionally meticulous. She has also built an outstanding accounting team around her—one that reflects her high standards, strong leadership, and commitment to PCS.
When Bobbi stepped into the CFO role, she had some very big shoes to fill. She took on that responsibility with confidence and has done a fantastic job leading the financial side of our company.

We are incredibly thankful for everything she has contributed over the past 15 years and even more grateful to have her helping lead PCS into the future.
Congratulations on 15 years, Bobbi—and thank you for everything you do!
