Riley Welding & Fabricating designed and fabricated this custom elbow for a cement production application where extremely heavy wear is expected.

Constructed from hardened steel plate, the elbow will receive an additional wear lining on the inside for added durability. It also features an access panel on the back, allowing the customer to monitor the wear area for damage and capture product in the event the elbow eventually wears through.
