It's that time of year, and finally having some nice weather I was able to complete this several day project! This garage had caught fire and this was the remains of it. Demolished it, hauled it off, cleaned up the back yard and then hauled in fill dirt and topsoil to regrade the yard to create proper drainage 👌🏽 With the weather being nice, my books are filling fast! Been a busy week on the briarwood golf course but got the job done 💪🏽 This retaining wall had failed and collapsed, as well as had about another 30’ section leaning and about ready to go. Pulled the rock back, took the wall down, formed and poured a footing and reinforced with rebar, then reinstalled the wall using an adhesive to glue all the paver blocks together! Needless to say this wall was fixed to last! Also took down the timber wall and installed a new paver wall in the front yard! 👌🏽

Teamed up with my dad once again and got this lane and driveway re -graveled! 2 loads of 3/4” road mix for a base and establish a crown, and 1 load of 3/4” straight rock to dress everything up 👌🏽 This lane is easily 100yds long!
