HUGE step forward for HR Builders! We officially went before City of Harker Heights Planning & Zoning and we are beyond excited to announce that the vote to rezone our two lots for duplex development was APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY! 👏🏼

This project has already taken so much research, planning, meetings, vision, prayer, patience and persistence…and today felt like one of those moments where all the hard work starts becoming REAL.

Next stop: CITY COUNCIL. 🙌🏼

If approved there, we will officially be on our way to developing two beautiful duplexes right here in our community.

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who has encouraged us, answered questions, guided us and supported this dream along the way. Watching HR Builders continue to grow from an idea into reality is something incredibly special to us.
