Really cool project we got to do. Finished a living room renovation which included building a coffered style ceiling, installing new sheetrock on the walls (previously had dark wood paneling the customers removed), installing a shiplap accent wall, and priming & painting all of it.

I really enjoyed doing this project. Removed an old vent-free gas fireplace, framed out the opening to install French doors, finished interior and exterior around the door (drywall, trim, siding), tile mud landing inside, and built cascading stairs for entry & exit 😎👍

Partial kitchen remodel. Removed wall cabinets and other custom cabinetry to open the kitchen up more. Removed the cooktop and replaced with a slide-in range and, installed a duct-free range hood. Had Adam from Amity Electric LLC come out and upsize the wire & breaker for the new range and run electricity for the new range hood.

Removed carpet in a den & three bedrooms and installed laminate flooring in its place. Applied stain & odor blocking primer to the subfloor in all the rooms giving us a fresh, clean surface to put the new laminate flooring on 😎👍
