Chatzec LLC WV060403 is called in with a decent amount of bad handyman jobs. This is the worst all around from craftsmanship and how the handyman interacted with homeowner. The first 3 pictures are of what we dismantled to uncover what was being "covered up."
We put a pressure treated base on concrete, insulated the walls correctly, framed in tub base, and had the plumbing repaired. Installed walls with the trimmings and tub with heavy duty grab bars. Now the bathroom is ready for paint. Thank you to Chris Zug, Kyle Martin and Home Depot for their help in this project.
