Thankful for the opportunity to partner with Wohlsen Construction and Northern Valley Erectors on this local project. Exciting to see everything this facility will provide to our region and beyond.

The facility includes indoor "training villages" with city-like streets where cadets will train for high-risk incidents such as active shooter and hostage situations.

Our misc metals and install subcontractor Somerset Steel & Lincoln Contracting is wrapping up a project for the University of Pittsburgh.

Pitt's BioForge biomanufacturing facility required ~1400 tons of domestic steel and is expected to bring together scientists, researchers, students and industry leaders to collaborate on cutting-edge biomedical research and technologies. It's been great partnering with Turner Construction Company on this project.

Great to team up with Pyramid Construction Services, LLC on this project for Lebanon Valley College

Sharing some project update photos from the Lebanon Valley College Nursing & Interdisciplinary Health Education Facility. This week, Stewart-Amos Steel, Inc. is erecting structural steel with top out scheduled for the end of the month. Our team is performing some selective demolition of the adjacent roof structure and sitework continues to progress. This new 37,000 sq. ft. facility will soon be home to the College’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program.

Just nine weeks after the first steel beam was set into place, we celebrated the 'topping off' of the Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center alongside many prominent figures - our friends - in southcentral PA and beyond, including a masked Penn State Nittany Lion. We appreciate all of the contributions made by our many partners and suppliers on this project, and special thanks go out to our er****on crew - RNR Construction out of State College - for staying committed to an aggressive, yet achievable, project schedule.

Penn State Health continues their expansion in the midstate with the anticipated Summer 2022 opening of their most recent hospital - the Lancaster Medical Center at 2160 State Road. This comes on the heels of the recently completed Hampden Medical Center off Good Hope Road in Enola. We expect to raise our last steel beam into place in late October.

Steel is swinging at Drexel University's College of Medicine & Tower Health's new medical building in Wyomissing, PA. We were contracted by LF Driscoll to handle the structural steel detailing, fabrication and er****on. This 1200 ton structure should be all hung out later this spring.

Last Friday, our final steel beam was lowered into place at Penn State Health 's Hampden Medical Center by our er****on subcontractor, RNR Construction, Inc. (out of State College). This project has been a great team effort from start to finish. We are currently wrapping up a project across the street (Wertzville Rd) and highway (I-81) from our Hampden Med Center project. Construction on the overbuild/expansion at UPMC Pinnacle's West Shore Hospital is expected to be finished by the fall of 2020. Our final beam was raised back in August and our miscellaneous metals subcontractor Clelan's Custom Welding is finishing up our structural steel & misc metals package of the project. Steel er****on is starting at a new 192-unit seniors housing project in King of Prussia, PA. The 11-story building, which is slated for a late 2020 completion, will be located within the 122-acre The Village at Valley Forge mixed-use development.

Steel is continuing to swing at PennState Health's Hampden Medical Center. Framing is expected to be fully set by the end of this year.
