Building what's next for Central PA! 🏗️

Our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Sarah Knehr, recently joined fellow industry leaders for a panel discussion at NAI CIR's annual REconnect event.

The conversation, "Building What's Next: The Infrastructure Behind Central PA's Growth," explored how infrastructure, investment, and development are shaping our region's future.

It was a great opportunity to share perspectives, connect with fellow business leaders, and join the conversation about Central Pennsylvania's continued growth.

Thank you to NAI CIR for hosting a great event!

A special recognition for a cause close to our hearts. 💗 Last week, Greg Quandel accepted the 2026 Pink Ribbon Award on behalf of Quandel Enterprises from the PA Breast Cancer Coalition, recognizing our continued commitment to supporting breast cancer survivors and their families.

At this year's Jessica Quandel Memorial Golf Classic for Hope, our team, partners, and volunteers came together in support of the PA Breast Cancer Coalition! What started as a way to support Jess has become a lasting effort to carry forward her mission of helping others facing breast cancer.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported this effort. This recognition belongs to all of you, too.

Thank you to the PA Breast Cancer Coalition for your important work and for helping us continue Jess's legacy through meaningful action. 💗

💗 Wearing pink, spreading awareness! 💗

Today our teams are wearing pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! We’re proud to stand together to raise awareness, honor those affected by breast cancer, and support the ongoing fight toward a cure.

Together, we wear pink for the fighters, survivors, and loved ones impacted by breast cancer.

This month, we’re also reminding everyone to prioritize their health and encourage the important people in their lives to do the same. A little reminder can go a long way!

A first look at Albright College’s newly transformed Joyce Family Foundation Learning Commons! 📚

Following a ribbon-cutting celebration during Homecoming Weekend, the newly renovated space will officially welcome students on October 14, following fall break.

Formerly the Gingrich Library, the building has been reimagined as a central hub for learning, collaboration, and campus life. The renovation brings together library resources, academic support services, technology, group study areas, and welcoming spaces where students can connect.

The project also holds a special connection for Quandel President and CEO Greg Quandel, an Albright alumnus who returned to campus to share a few remarks at the ribbon-cutting.

The Quandel team worked alongside Studio KLP Architects and Albright College to bring this transformation to life, and we cannot wait to see students enjoying their new space!

Take a peek inside with Albright's photos below! 👇

Congratulations to Nate Calderone on his promotion to Project Manager! 👏

Nate has worked hard over the past two years with our Energy Solutions team, growing from Assistant Project Manager into a role with greater responsibility and leadership. His willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and support his teammates has been a big part of that growth.

We love seeing our team members advance in their careers, and we are excited to celebrate this next step with Nate.

Congratulations, Nate!
