We are happy to be part of the new TownePlace Suites, North Cornwall Apartments North, and the OnThe Block Condominium projects being constructed for Byler Holdings throughout this year and into next spring......

There's a plethora of activity at PRL this morning.
We're installing the structural steel supports for the six 20' "Big Ass Fans" being used on the project (Real company name)
Gas piping is up next!

Construction is underway at PRL Machine Shop in Cornwall with more than half of the structural steel erected.
As always, we are extremely happy to be part of the project with 318 Tons of Air Conditioning due to be installed

The development currently includes a townhome community, two five-story apartment buildings with 205 units, a hotel, a pub and two retail buildings that are home to 12 businesses.
