We turned over an entire 1,800sf home here. The previous tenants were hoarders, left behind most of their stuff, and damaged quite a bit. We removed all garbage, replaced broken doors, locks, snaked every drain, filled in holes in the drywall, primed and painted every wall and ceiling, removed all carpets, fixed buckled floors, fixed scratched floors, replaced vanities, toilets, broken outlets, switches, and lights, fixed the dishwasher, power washed every exterior surface, installed new smoke and CO detectors, and managed to get rid of all the pet smells! Totaled about 400 labor hours, but between 7 guys working we got everything back to clean and working order quickly.
