We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team and take charge of carpentry projects consisting of decks, roofs, screen rooms, and sunrooms, from framing to finishing.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage on-site carpentry tasks, including framing walls, roofs, tie-ins, and crickets.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate ex*****on.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Train and mentor junior carpenters as needed.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to address concerns and provide updates.
