A clean, classic post-frame garage. Simple and built to last.

This one's a straightforward 24x24x10 post-frame garage, and sometimes that's exactly what the customer needs. Two 9x8 garage doors give the owners room to park side by side or split the space between vehicles and equipment, and we included a full electrical package so the garage is ready to actually use from day one: lights, outlets, whatever they need to run out there.

The ivory metal siding and white trim keep it clean and neutral, and the man door on the side gives easy walk-in access without opening the big doors every time.

No frills, no wasted space. Just a solid garage that does exactly what it's supposed to do.

A Bridgewater garage that solves a few problems at once!

This 24x28x9 post-frame garage in Bridgewater had a sloped lot to deal with. Instead of paying for a ton of extra excavation, we built a pressure-treated retaining wall and worked with the hill instead of against it. Cost-effective, and it made for a cleaner build overall.

We also wanted it to actually look like it belonged with the house. So we used painted LP panel siding with battens to echo the Tudor-style half-timbering on the home. Same character, built to last.

And since the roof pitch is steep, we didn't want that space going to waste. There's a full attic room up top, so the owners get a lot more storage than a standard garage would give them.

Built into the hill, matched to the house, and smarter with the space above it. That's what we do here at Simply Garages!

Dormers are becoming a popular option! This 32x36x11 stick built boat garage on Lake Anna has two decorative 6' gable dormers and it turned out looking sharp! The Hardie board and batten siding was chosen to match the house, and the external stairway to the attic room allows it to be a completely separate space from the garage downstairs.

Two cars fit easily in this 24x24 post frame garage! This customer had recently purchased two new vehicles and wanted to get them out of the weather. They reached out and we were able to get those cars inside well before winter.

For security, there are no windows in the walls or entry doors but 2' of transparent sidewall panel on the top of both eaves allows in plenty of natural light. This 40x80x16 post frame garage with 20' lean-to near Petersburg is one of our largest projects to date! The 14x14 garage doors on each end allow the customer to pull his camper completely through or the lean-to allows him to park it outside while keeping most of the weather off. This 28x30 two story garage turned out looking incredible! The customer chose standing seam roofing and pine weatherboard siding to closely match their existing house that was built in the 1800s. Two window rows in the garage door provide plenty of light and there's nearly unlimited possibilities for the complete second floor. Game room? Office? Storage space? It's whatever you want it to be.

What's one of the differences between a Post-frame and a Stick-Frame garage? When the concrete floor gets poured! This post-frame garage is nearly complete; framing, roofing, siding are done. The concrete floor is poured inside the building as one of the last steps prior to installing the garage doors. Since the floor "floats" inside, it uses substantially less concrete than a full-perimeter footer foundation like a traditional Stick-Frame garage.
