Responded to a service call at this residence regarding the well pump's tendency to cycle on and off rapidly when a faucet was opened. Upon inspection, the diaphragm in the tank was found to be ruptured, resulting in waterlogging of the tank. Replaced the faulty component with a new one, and the customer is now experiencing normal pump operation without the short cycling issue.

Responded to a service call for a mobile home with an indoor temperature of 59 degrees. The homeowner reported that the thermostat indicated the heat was on, but it was not functioning. Upon inspection, the data plate revealed that the unit was an air conditioning unit, not a heat pump. Further investigation showed that the thermostat was configured for a heat pump, causing the condenser to operate inappropriately and resulting in system freeze-up. The issue was resolved by modifying the wiring and programming of the thermostat to match the unit's actual configuration as an air conditioner with electric heat.

Late evening service call for no heat. Diagnosed faulty burner motor. Replaced motor and coupling. Unit is operational and producing heat.

Called out to this furnace for a cleaning for the first time in years. Needless to say it was past due. Lots of mold and buildup were present. Also the flue pipe was rusted so that was replaced as well to eliminate carbon monoxide leaking into the living space.

Blue flame heater had a faulty flare joint. A nick was discovered in the copper flare, so the line was cut back, a new flare nut was installed, and the line was re-flared.
