HARTLAND Elwin Warren Littlefield, 86, died December 7, 2022. He was born February 20, 1936 in Hartland, a son of Alton and Helen Ham Littlefield. He graduated from Hartland Academy, Class of 1954 and received an Associates Degree in Electrical work from S.M.V.T.I. He served in the U. S. Army

Breaking ground on our latest project…… Mary Street Apartments in Skowhegan, Maine.
We will be renovating the historic ‘Hospital’ building on the former Woman’s Reformatory into 16 housing units. A new separate 3-story 24 Unit housing building will be built directly behind it.
Our connection to this project began back in 1965 when Elwin Littlefield hired Harry Taylor as an equipment operator. Harry was the Farm Manager at the Reformatory. We are excited to begin work on this site where Harry grew vegetables, milked cows and baled hay. We love these old Maine buildings and are thrilled to be selected as the Construction Manager/General Contractor for this project.
