The CSR team is proud to announce two leadership updates within the PGS family of companies!
Jennifer Motley has been named Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth & Utility Partnerships at PowerGrid Services. In her new role, Jennifer will focus on strengthening utility partnerships and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the PGS platform. Her leadership has played an important role in the continued growth and success of CSR, and we are excited to see her continue making an impact across the organization.
Colby Gravatt has been promoted to Vice President of Collective Strategic Resources, where he will lead the continued ex*****on of CSR’s operational strategy and support the company’s commitment to delivering reliable workforce solutions to utility partners nationwide. With nearly three decades of utility industry experience, Colby brings deep expertise across operations, distribution control, mutual assistance, and emergency preparedness and response.
