Concrete for a patio cover went down this morning. Thanks to Zac and the guys at ESS. They do great work and all the equipment to do a top notch job. They even put down protective mats to keep from damaging the yard after all the rain we’ve had. Oh and Mac (pup) was on the job supervising

Finished up with all the framing , wasn’t able to stop by to get final pictures of the decks after they were completed. Just waiting on the metal to get dropped off early next week for the siding and roof. Electrical rough in will be done Monday. New asphalt driveway goes down at the end of next week. Getting close.

Follow up videos. This is craftsmanship, rare thing nowadays. Everything is correct and precise but it’s the little things and extra miles that separate what we do. This is a cedar pergola , cedar tends to splinter at the saw cuts so Gabriel was going back and sanding the cut ends to soften them and make a more finished look. I’m proud of all my subs , We don’t settle for “good enough” , it’s always top tier , next level craftsmanship.

Day 3 update , framing on the garage is complete. Metal siding and roof will be on site next. Garage door installs Friday and electrician is coming Monday. It’s possible to finish up next week if a couple things fall in place. Impressive couple weeks if you ask me.

Day 2 in the books. We will be finishing up the framing and working on the cedar pergola tomorrow. All that’s left after that will be repairing a couple decks on the existing house, installing the metal siding and roof, electrical and new asphalt driveway.
