APC Construction Company, LLC, in partnership with Morimatsu International Holdings Company, is proud to announce the successful completion of a marine offloading facility in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.

This purpose-built facility was engineered to enable the efficient transport of 1,400-ton large-scale modules and critical equipment across the Mississippi River levee and onto Cornerstone Chemical Company’s property. The project plays a key role in supporting UBE C1 Chemical’s DMC/EMC Project, further advancing industrial development in the region.

We appreciate the collaboration and partnership that made this milestone possible and look forward to continuing to deliver safe, high-quality solutions for our clients.

APC Construction Welcomes Ben Sizemore as Strategic Development Manager!

We are excited to welcome Ben Sizemore to APC Construction as our new Strategic Development Manager.

Ben brings more than 10 years of experience in the utility sector, with deep expertise in substation and transformer services. Throughout his career, he has managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led cross-functional teams, and driven operational improvements supporting complex service and maintenance projects.

Prior to joining APC, Ben served as Field Service Manager for Prolec-GE Waukesha, where he oversaw transformer service operations across the United States and led a nationwide team of Transformer and Load Tap Changer (LTC) technicians. He has also held key roles spanning project management, operations planning, and technical sales support, consistently contributing to strong customer satisfaction and streamlined service delivery.

In his new role, Ben will focus on strategic planning and development for APC’s substation and transformer service offerings, helping to expand our capabilities and continue delivering exceptional value to our utility and industrial clients.

APC Construction, LLC has commenced the installation of 43-foot steel sheet pilings as part of a seepage control project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

This critical infrastructure effort is designed to mitigate seepage from the Mississippi River, enhancing flood protection and safeguarding the communities along the West Bank of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.

APC is proud to support the USACE’s ongoing commitment to public safety and resilient flood control systems throughout the Gulf South.

APC Construction is honored to be recognized by the Gulf Coast Safety Council with the 2024 Injury-Free Contractor Award and the Contractor Safety Excellence Award in the 10,000–25,000 work hour category for our performance on the Bunge Project Flash in Avondale, LA.

This recognition reflects our team’s steadfast commitment to safety, led by Superintendent Todd St. Martin. Through disciplined planning, engaged field leadership, and an unwavering safety culture, the project was completed without a single recordable incident.

We extend our sincere thanks to our client, Bunge, for their trust and collaboration, and to the Gulf Coast Safety Council for this meaningful honor.
