Parkway Custom Construction, LLC is a family-owned roofing company that specializes in multi-family dwellings. Owners Heather & Arik Connell have been in the roofing and siding industry for 25 years.
Parkway is looking for qualified Project Managers to supervise large roofing projects. This includes but is not limited to:managing the roofing crews, coordinating with the Operations Manager and crew lead to ensure materials are available and assuring quality standards are met, and communicating with the office workers to make sure permits, inspections, and other necessities are taken care of. Additionally, you will be working closely with Property Managers and Homeowners to resolve any issues that may occur.
Safety is our number one priority at PCC; project managers will receive OSHA safety training that will be used on our job sites to enforce Parkway’s safety protocols. Another founding pillar of Parkway is the quality of our work; Parkway is a GAF Presidential Installer, providing Golden Pledge warranties on all of our large scale residential projects. Project managers will complete GAF Golden Pledge warranty training courses and be required to knowledgeably communicate the specifications to the crews, property managers, and homeowners. Property managers will also be responsible for conducting ongoing and final inspections to ensure the Golden Pledge Warranty standards have been meet.

Requirements
• Ensure safety protocols are being followed by conducting daily safety meetings and equipment inspections.
• Work with the office staff to create project timelines and work with varying trades to meet deadlines.
• Review the project plan and be able to communicate that to all the trades working on the project.
• Coordinate with Operations manager to setup materials, equipment, and crews for the project
• Inspections both ongoing and final once the job is completed.
• Submit daily briefings detailing the progress of the project.
• Complete required documents/inspection forms for each project in a timely manner.
• Work with the office staff to schedule final inspection with the city.
• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly and 100lbs occasionally.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the roofing industry.
• Experience in managing teams.
• Ability to motivate others and work with them to resolve issues.
• Knowledge of GAF Golden Pledge Warranty and roofing codes. (Training provided)
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Computer skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
