Acme Corrugated Box congratulates JEVS Human Services for 85 years of outstanding community service!

Bob and Mindy Cohen, along with several members of Acme leadership, were proud to attend the 4th Annual Grow with JEVS at the stunning Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia's historic Wanamaker Building - an evening that was as inspiring as the organization it celebrated.

For 85 years, JEVS Human Services has been expanding access to education, employment, and essential services for individuals and families across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. The evening brought together community leaders, supporters, and partners - including honorees Mayor Cherelle Parker, Congressman Dwight Evans, and Governor Josh Shapiro - to reflect on that legacy and look ahead to the future.

Acme has been a proud, long-time supporter of JEVS and the meaningful work they do every day to help people build stronger, more independent futures. Events like Grow with JEVS are a powerful reminder of what's possible when a community shows up for one another.

Acme Corrugated Box was proud to host a local chapter of the Women in Manufacturing Association.

We kicked things off with breakfast, followed by an educational presentation and a full plant tour.

WiM is a global trade association with more than 35,000 individual members and 550+ corporate members across all 50 states and 70+ countries. Their mission is simple: support, promote, and inspire women pursuing careers in manufacturing - from the production floor to the C-suite.

It was a great morning, and we loved having the group here!

Acme Corrugated Box hosted the first of its two annual company picnics on Monday, May 18th. It was a great afternoon of fun on the front lawn with a summer giveaway and delicious food catered by Sweet Lucy’s BBQ. We loved seeing Acme retirees at the picnic because once an employee, always appreciated. It was the perfect way to celebrate our team and enjoy some downtime together.

Bob Cohen, President of Acme Corrugated Box, has been inducted into the AICC Hall of Fame, one of the most prestigious recognitions in the independent packaging industry.

Bob joined Acme in 1969 and became President at just 35 years old. More than 40 years later, he's still leading the company with the same philosophy he's always held:

"No entrepreneur succeeds in isolation. To be truly successful you must cultivate a culture that supports success."

In an industry where roughly 75% of Acme's regional competitors have closed or consolidated since 1980, Acme is still standing and still growing. That doesn't happen by accident.

This honor belongs to everyone who has been part of the Acme story. We are incredibly proud.
