CP300 Hydraulic breaker for an excavator came in for a wear parts refresh. A good wash later and some new wear guides and it's ready to go back to work for another 15+ years.

Some improvement work to get chinese mini ex to operator smoother and longer:

Flushed hydraulic tank and system
Installed hydraulic fluid cooler and filter
Adjusted pilot pressures for smoother operations
Installed restrictor valves to smooth boom operations
Added a cushion valve to help the swing motor life span
Added engine oil drain extensions for customer ease access
Installed 2 new cooling fans for the motor bay
Fabricated a rear bumper/drive motor guard

Kubota cylinder repack day. You wear them out, we get them back to work. Glad for the drop off of a few cylinders, works always appreciated 👍

Had a customer drop off a Case 580k bucket from 1987 for some refreshing, I was asked to repair one of the bores and replace teeth. Glad I could straighten the bore and install new bushings plus give it some new teeth. Good seeing older equipment get new life Thanks for the work.

Big stump grinders are useless if they can't move, was brought in for only one track turning and a bad leak. Luckily the two were related and a valve body repair had it back to work the same day.

Best remote control machine/car I've had around so far.
