From bare concrete floors and exposed metal studs to a completely reimagined living space — this condo renovation was rebuilt from the ground up with intention, craftsmanship, and timeless design at the forefront.
The kitchen transformation completely changed both the functionality and feel of the home. What was once a traditional galley layout is now an open, highly functional showpiece centered around a massive peninsula that creates seamless flow for everyday living and entertaining alike. Custom storage solutions, including dual Lazy Susans, oversized triple-drawer cabinetry, and expanded upper storage, maximize every inch of the space without sacrificing aesthetics.
Classic white cabinetry paired with brushed bronze hardware creates a timeless palette, while layered details like the custom two-piece crown molding and integrated under-cabinet lighting add depth, symmetry, and warmth throughout the kitchen. Floating wood shelves and subtle texture variations help balance the clean lines with natural character.
Engineered hardwood flooring was installed throughout the entire townhouse to create a cohesive, light-filled feel from room to room.
Both bathrooms were fully gutted and rebuilt with carefully curated tile selections, custom vanities, premium Kohler fixtures, and frameless glass enclosures. From the full-width recessed niches integrated directly into steel stud walls, to the precision tile layout and perfectly contoured finish cuts, every detail was executed with purpose and precision.
