We’re thrilled to share that our new office renovation on the second floor of our building on Mulberry Street in Haverhill is nearly complete! 🎉 We’re on the last coat of polyurethane and getting ready to move on to the next steps. This beautiful space, full of character after 125 years, will soon house our leadership team, project management, and administrative staff. We can’t wait to share more updates as we get closer to the big reveal!

Big Things Happening at North Mechanical!

We’re excited to share that we’re in the process of renovating our new offices on the second floor of our building on Mulberry Street in Haverhill! We’ve already put down the first coat of polyurethane and have two more to go—this building has been standing strong for 125 years and is full of character!

Our new space will house our leadership team, project management, and administrative staff, and we can’t wait to move in and settle into this professional and functional space. Stay tuned for more updates as we transform this historic gem into a fantastic workspace!

North Mechanical Bocce Team - Almost Champions!

We had an amazing time at the Bocce tournament last Friday at the Sons of Italy in Methuen, supporting a great cause for a youth hockey fundraiser! Out of 16 teams, we made it to the final 4… and lost by just ONE point! It was a nail-biter, but we did our best and had a blast. 🏆

Big shoutout to our team for their effort and everyone who came out to support the kids! Can’t wait for next year’s tournament – we’ll be back stronger than ever!

Last weekend, the North Mechanical Ski Team had an incredible time at Subaru Winterfest at Killington, VT! 🎿 From hitting the slopes to bonding with the team, we had an amazing time at this exciting event. It was full of skiing, friendly competition, and great memories on and off the mountain. Subaru Winterfest brought the perfect vibe for teamwork and fun, and we’re already looking forward to next year! Check out some of the highlights from our unforgettable weekend!

Exciting Update on the Essex Street Project!

We're thrilled to announce that we are in the final rough-in phase of the Essex Street project! Today, our team successfully set up the equipment for the retail spaces and the stairway ventilation systems, which are crucial for Life Safety and Smoke Evacuation. We're eagerly awaiting the completion of sheetrock and painting before proceeding with the finishing touches.

🚧 Project Update on The Beck

We're thrilled to share the latest progress on The Beck! The interior finishes for Phase 1 and 2 have been successfully completed, and we’re about halfway through Phase 3, focusing on installing registers, grilles, diffusers, and access/return doors.

We’re working on the interior piping through the knee walls from the 5th-floor hallway to make the final connections to the heat pumps on the roof. Our interior amenity space is getting sheetrock, with finishes expected to follow in about three weeks.

🚧 Project Update on The Beck

We're thrilled to share the latest progress on The Beck! The interior finishes for Phase 1 and 2 have been successfully completed, and we’re about halfway through Phase 3, focusing on installing registers, grilles, diffusers, and access/return doors.

On the exterior, our pipefitters are more than halfway done with the piping for the outdoor heat pumps, and our service crews have begun vacuuming down the Phase 1 heat pumps.

With our expert HVAC work, we contributed to creating a comfortable and efficient environment for both residents and businesses in this modern mixed-use development.
