Pictures from Columbia Gas Sub Contractor doing the heat and ac thing. We think they own a sheetmetal plant and metal tape plant. They used plenty of both. Furnace was oversized by almost 200% of the home’s design load. Furnace turns on and off every 5 minutes. Because of this, the home never heats above 62%. The AC was installed crooked and TEV bulb was not connected.... to be continued

With all the snow we’ve been getting and will be getting, make sure you keep your heating exhaust vents cleared of snow and all other debris. These exhaust vents are very important to keep you heating system running and for you to stay safe from carbon monoxide poisoning.

A few post ago, we posted a 12ppm of Carbon Monoxide in a house. It was the highest we had seen to date. We went to a Home the other day because the customer called and said their furnace was not working. When we went there and got the furnace turned on we had our CO detector running..
Hence... Dangerous! and System was replaced
