I moved to my current residence in 2017. There was several improvements that needed to be done, and in early 2018 I contacted several contractors for bids. I worked in facilities maintenance and am very familiar with construction practices and costs. MIKE BRIGGS presented the fairest price on the work requested, and pointed out the pros and cons of remodeling plans I had in mind. He kept me appraised in each step of the project, and complete the remodel on time and to the price quoted. Mike and his crew were professional, cleaned up the area, and the work was well done!

Several months later I again hired Briggs Home Remodeling to paint the exterior of the home.
He completed detailed prep of caulk and sealing, prior to applying multi coats of paint. Again, his crew was professional, the work was above expectations, and the price was fair.

Briggs Home Remodeling is now my 'go to contractor' for home improvements and maintenance. As a 'Marine Veteran', Mike has shown himself as a man of character and integrity, which is evident in his work and how he conducts his business.
