Today marks the one-year anniversary of I.W. Tremont’s acquisition of Filter Holdings—and what a year it has been!

We’re celebrating a very successful first year together with parties at both of our facilities. Over the past year, bringing our teams and businesses together has created a stronger, more diversified filtration products company built around four great brands: I.W. Tremont, LabExact, Summit Filter, and Shaffer Filtration Products.

Most importantly, this milestone is about the people who make our company what it is. We’re proud of everything our combined team has accomplished in our first year together and excited about what the future holds.
