It adjusts its own capacity delivered into home according to what the indoor and outdoor temperatures are. Which means if you only need 1 ton of heating or cooling or if you need 5 ton of heating or cooling due to outdoor temps being severely high or low this machine self asjust to the needed capacity your home needs at that point in time. It will ramp system up or down if more or less AC/Heat is needed. End result a very comfortable dehumidified home with reduced electric and gas bills all year round. Nearly cutting those utility bills in half also all year long!
