They thought about doing it for two years. Then they finally pulled the trigger.

We replaced an old, dilapidated backyard structure in Oakland, California with a custom 12x30 multipurpose building featuring approximately 220 sq. ft. of finished office and gym space, plus dedicated motorcycle storage with its own access ramp.

Now their only regret is that they didn't do it sooner.

This custom 120 sq. ft. backyard studio was designed to serve two purposes: a dedicated home gym for our client and a private ballet practice space for his wife.

The finished studio includes French doors, transom windows, recessed lighting, finished flooring, a large practice mirror and ballet barre.

Backyard space doesn't have to be storage. It can become a home office, gym, art studio, music room, creative space or a place designed specifically around the way you live.
