Another recent project I completed for a local customer. This trailer is primarily used for a small side by side and was a bit overbuilt for its intended use. Customer also wanted the tongue extended to make lifting it and maneuvering a bit easier.
Cut out all of the thick plating from the sides of it and replace it with angle iron, elongated iron mesh, and 1inch square tubing to brace it underneath.
Then cut the tongue off and added a little over a foot, welded a new receiver to it, and relocated the chains.
