A suspension failure resulted in the customer's trailer experiencing hanging axles and suspension components being torn from the frame. Emergency assistance was rendered to stabilize the trailer. The installation of a new suspension system and four replacement tires provided a lasting solution. A thorough inspection of the trailers lighting and braking systems was performed to ensure safe operation.
