We were privileged yesterday to cook and serve PaPa Q's Best home-cooked BBQ and fixins to East TN Big Rigs for Little Kids Golf Tournament. Funds from this tournament go to UT Children's Cancer Hospital to assist kids and their families suffering from this hideous disease. Here we are.....in the throngs of cold winter weather. To avoid potential freeze damage to wash system piping we recommend closing wash bay doors when temps reach 34F. Open drain valves on each application arch, if equipped, and make sure heat to wash bay and equipment room, if equipped, is turned on. Preventive medicine is the best medicine to avoid unwanted downtime and costly repairs.
