One thing I believe strongly as a builder — even in areas where county inspections are not required, homes should still be built to a high standard.

Critical structural details like hurricane ties, anchor bolts, and proper framing connections should never be skipped or overlooked. In our part of the country, those details can make a real difference during tornado and hurricane season.

The true quality of a home is found in the work most people never see.
