Phase 1 Complete ✅

This wonderful couple reached out to us for a remodel with one concern, accessibility. Randy and Melissa have lived in this same home since they built it in the 90's, but Randy was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease.

We are doing this remodel with the purpose of making things easy on him as things progress, and doing a total of 4 phases.

🔘 Master Bathroom (Benches, grab bars, ADA Compliance, etc)
🔘Bathroom 2 (new tub, tile, grab bars, etc)
🔘Trim, doors, stairway (Widen doorways for walker/wheelchair access, change door swings to make more user friendly)
🔘 Half bath and Laundry room (cabinets, chair height toilets, grab bars, ADA Compliance

Phase 1 is all wrapped up (minus our custom rain glass shower door), and we are moving on to the next bathroom, and installing new trim and doors!

Basement finish nearing completion 🔋

This basement finish is getting close! It's been a fun project, with a lot of cool custom features!

✅ Stiltz elevator
✅ Shaker trim and doors

We are officially ready for paint 🎨 Just a couple more weeks and this one will be 100%, stay tuned for the photos as this one gets wrapped up!
