Tom Taylor, the original owner of the Hebbronville Machine Shop, was more than well known for his abilities. A lot of the owners of surrounding machine shops is Alice and Laredo got their start and were trained by Tom Taylor right here in our shop.

I miss my little helper, I posted this video of Ava in February of 2020 she was 12 years old. Broken axle repair on a disc for Barnhart Ranch, we gouged it out on both sides of the piston plate, and she welded both sides up using 7018 uphill putting in a root, hot pass and cap. People accused me of welding it up then making it seem like she did it just to get views, but we all knew she did it herself.

Proud dad moment, my middle daughter 15 year old MollyAnna Rossi a student permit holder shifting her way to church this morning for the first time in the city of Laredo. She was very nervous but the city is still drunk from last night so traffic was light and she did perfect. Two daughters trained and now one to go with RosaLee.

Young people listen up and learn from my mistake, listen and be wise, be big picture minded. If you ever have a boss that is extra hard on only you or he makes only you and no one else go everywhere with him even when you don't want to, you may not like it, but he may very well be grooming you for future leadership. I was there once and was too immature to see the opportunity before me, learn to see things for what they are.

20' Stacker on a JD 950L, it had 36'' wings, 10'X10''X5/8'' beam and 2" AR400 teeth. These stackers take one man 3-4 minutes to hookup on his own and then he's working.
