One of the reasons we’ve switched to ZIP System on our builds is that it handles two jobs at once, acting as both our exterior sheathing and weather barrier.

We’ve been using it for the past few years, and we’re big fans of how well it performs. When installed to spec, it helps keep air and water out while making the home more efficient.
