Our amazing CSR, Mrs. Lauren Smith. This young lady puts in long hours every day helping our customers get scheduled, maintenanced and fully registered after the installation.

One simple way that we stand out from the crowd is that we hold ourselves responsible for registering the equipment so that it has the full manufacturers 10 year parts warranty. If this is not done, the manufacturer will only honor the parts Warranty for five years from date of manufacture, not the install.

It’s a shame when we go to a customers system that may be six years old and it has a failed part and when we reach out to the manufacturer, they say it was never registered online for the customer. Please be careful who you choose to care for your indoor comfort, it matters more than you think!
