Diamond Products is a Montana-family owned company specializing in commercial warewashing, laundry chemical dispensing systems, and cleaning solutions. We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated Service Technician who enjoys solving mechanical problems, working independently, and building long-term relationships with customers.
This position is ideal for someone who likes working with their hands, managing their own schedule, and taking pride in providing outstanding customer service.
What You'll Do
Install commercial dishmachine chemical dispensing systems and laundry chemical proportioning equipment
Install and service commercial dishmachines
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues on customer equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and routine service visits
Test equipment to ensure proper operation and chemical performance
Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
Complete electronic service reports for each customer visit
Maintain parts inventory in your service vehicle
Communicate with customers regarding equipment operation and preventative maintenance
Work safely while representing Diamond Products professionally at all times

Preferred Experience
Previous experience with commercial dishmachines or laundry dispensing systems is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual. Experience in one or more of the following is helpful:
Mechanical troubleshooting/problem solving skills
Electrical troubleshooting
Plumbing
Mechanical repair
Commercial equipment service
HVAC
Appliance repair
Agricultural equipment repair
Industrial maintenance
Restaurant equipment repair
Requirements
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to kneel, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for service documentation
Ability to drive throughout Montana, including winter conditions
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday
Primarily daytime hours
Occasional after-hours or emergency service as part of an on-call rotation
