Allen Bartlo
President
Allen's career at BPS began in 1973 when he started working for the company at just 15 years old alongside his father, John Bartlo, and uncle, Tom Bartlo, the founders of the business. Under their guidance, he learned the technical and leadership skills that would shape his career. Tom taught him electrical systems and wiring, while John instilled the values of leadership, responsibility, and hard work.
Over the years, Allen has worked in nearly every area of the company, including Packer, Machine Operator, Forklift Driver, Electrician, and Plant Engineer. In 1991, he became President of BPS and has continued leading the company's growth while maintaining its commitment to quality, service, and family values.
Outside of work, Allen enjoys instructing High Performance Driving Education (HPDE) programs, spending time with his family, and taking walks with his dog Ralph.
