Sorry haven’t posted in a while. We have been busy with a bunch of projects. Here is one that the customers are excited to start using when we are done with the rest of the other stuff. We gutted two bathrooms and turned them into one big main bathroom. We moved the washer and dryer and tucked it behind the wall for the tub. Tiled the floor and all new fixtures.

Another satisfied customer. We took this 3 season room and converted it into living space. We installed all new windows, insulation and sheet rock. Installed new slider onto back deck along with relocating the old front door. Finished it with vinyl flooring and some extra lights. Couldn’t be happier with how this turned out. Another happy customer. They had a water leak that damaged the floor. We cut out the bad spot patched in new hardwood. Than sanded and polyurethaned the whole house.

Another extremely happy customer. This deck is pretty big. Customer wanted privacy style railing with WiFi controlled deck lights. We found some rot in banning board on house because it wasn’t flashed correctly. We fixed the rot, flashed everything, joist taped and picture framed deck and stairs. I’m so happy how this turned out.

Sorry we have been busy haven’t really posted. Here is a deck we did. We removed old 12ft by 10ft deck. Framed and built new 24ft by 12ft deck with two staircases. Installed cable railing and finished it off with low voltage deck lighting.

Another extremely satisfied customer. Sorry for no before pictures. Customer paid a company to demo. We removed a huge window installed a new smaller one. Framed the ceiling to 9 foot. Installed all new hardie and waterproofed whole shower. Tiled the shower all the way to the ceiling and ran 3ft up around the rest of the bathroom. Ran all new plumbing along with new lighting and gfci outlet. Installed new toilet and floating sink. This was a fun one with all the brass. Onto the next job.

Another extremely satisfied customer. We have been just going around their house transforming it. This time we gutted the kitchen. Removed a small dividing wall to open the kitchen up. We finished the flooring thru out the kitchen. Installed all new cabinets and gave them a little bar area with a ton of extra storage. Than topped it all off with a new front door.

Sorry we have been really busy. I haven’t posted in a while. But here is a beautiful transformation. We painted whole exterior of house and all deck posts. Of course we use nothing but the best sherwin Williams. Glad to have this one done with. Gotta come back and do so other jobs for this customer but onto the next.

Here is one we did a little while back. The customer asked why I never posted the job. This job was a lot of fun. The homeowner and I worked side by side. She was great. We came in opened up the wall going into the main living room. Tore out the kitchen and island. We saved the cabinets which the homeowner refinished. Built new island and tiled the floor. We than refinished the hardwood floors thru out the first floor. We built a custom bump out and installed an electric fireplace. Than the homeowner tiled herself. For the master bathroom we gutted down to studs, insulated all the walls for noise and finished the walls. We took over the walk in closet for a massive walk in shower. We installed new freestanding tub, reinstalled old but refinished vanity with new live edge counter and tiled floor. We prepped the shower for tile homeowner tiled herself. This job came out amazing and it was my pleasure.
