One of the biggest causes of lack of performance of your HVAC system and the number one cause of failure.
lack of preventive maintenance. This is what happens when either you don’t change your air filter regularly. You need to clean your evaporator and condenser coils at least once a year. Even if you do change filters in the desert they can’t stop all dirt over time a period of time that dust dirt and animal hair gets built up on your evaporator coil’s and because there is moisture even mold can devolop.
By cleaning and maintaining your system it will work more effortlessly not only will it heat and cool better but save you money
