Before and after on these truck parts: stripped, blasted, and recoated in Illusion Cherry for a clean, uniform finish. Powder coating work like this is one of the ways we help parts come back looking sharp and ready to go.

Sandblasting is a critical step before powder coating because it creates the proper surface for adhesion. These parts were coated about 2 years ago without being sandblasted first, which is why the powder is already flaking off. We make sure every part is prepped and coated the correct way so the finish lasts.

Custom floor grates like these take more than a standard cut when the concrete isn’t poured straight. We built each grate to fit its opening so the finished install sits clean and looks right from end to end.
