NOW HIRING — POWERSPORTS TECHNICIAN

CPP ATV & SxS is looking for an experienced Powersports Technician to join our team.

Starting Pay: $25/Hour & Up
Pay increases based on experience, skill level, and ability.

STRAIGHT-TIME HOURLY PAY — NOT FLAG TIME

We are looking for someone experienced in diagnosing and repairing:

ATVs
Side-by-Sides / UTVs
Motorcycles
Engines and transmissions
Electrical and fuel systems
Suspension and drivetrain components

What We Offer:

Starting pay of $25/hour
Higher pay based on experience
Straight-time hourly pay — no flag time
Paid vacation
Paid sick time
Full-time position
Steady work

Requirements:

Previous powersports repair experience
Must have your own tools
Must provide work references
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Able to work independently
Dependable and reliable
Take pride in doing the job right

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced technician who can diagnose problems, make quality repairs, and keep jobs moving through the shop.

NOW HIRING: ENGINE BUILDER

CPP ATV & SxS is hiring an experienced Powersports Engine Builder in Henderson, Tennessee.

We rebuild and remanufacture Can-Am, Honda, Polaris, Yamaha ATV, side-by-side, and motorcycle engines.

Responsibilities include:

• Engine teardown, inspection, and diagnosis
• Measuring internal engine components and clearances
• Complete engine assembly and rebuilding
• Checking timing, torque specifications, ring gaps, and valve clearances
• Documenting measurements and completed work
• Keeping a clean and organized work area

Applicants should have engine-building experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to use precision measuring tools.

Pay starts at $22 per hour and increases based on experience and ability.

Full-time, Monday through Friday
