Many manufactures require that this be done to keep your warranty in effect.

I have some exciting news to share. As of March 1st 2022 Mike's Heating and A/C Inc. has partnered up with Lanham Mechanical Contractors (LMC) By partnering with LMC, we can offer more and better services and quicker response times with the same personal service that you have known from me for many years. I am still fully involved with the business and I am not going anywhere anytime soon. The owner of LMC is Brian Escue. He has been a personal friend of mine for many years. I trust him and he trusts me. He and his staff are looking forward to meeting and working with my customers, as I am his.
